AM Best Rating Disclosure

Mountain Life Insurance Company has been assigned a Financial Strength Rating of B- (Fair) by AM Best. This rating is subject to change. AM Best ratings are not a guarantee of future financial strength or the ability to meet policyholder obligations. AM Best is a registered trademark of AM Best Company.

The AM Best rating is an independent opinion of an insurer's financial strength and ability to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations. Ratings are not a warranty of an insurer's current or future ability to meet its obligations.

General Annuity Disclosures

  • A deferred annuity is designed to save money for retirement and to provide retirement income for life; it is not meant for short-term financial goals.
  • Annuities are insurance products and are not bank deposits.
  • Not insured by the FDIC or any federal government agency.
  • Not guaranteed by any bank or savings institution.
  • May lose value if surrendered early (surrender charges may apply).
  • Surrender charges begin at 9.0% in the first contract year and decline over the surrender charge period.
  • Withdrawals before age 59½ may be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty.
  • Withdrawals or surrenders during a multi-year guarantee period may be subject to a Market Value Adjustment, which may increase or decrease the amount payable.
  • After the first contract year, one withdrawal per contract year of up to 5% of the accumulation value may be taken free of surrender charges and any Market Value Adjustment; withdrawals exceeding that limit are subject to charges on the entire withdrawal amount.
  • No surrender charges or Market Value Adjustment apply during the first 30 days of each subsequent surrender charge period; Mountain Life Insurance Company will provide written notice of available options before each new period begins.
  • Optional withdrawal riders, where elected at the time of application, may reduce the interest crediting rate.
  • Mountain Life Insurance Company guarantees that the owner will never receive less than 87½% of total premium payments, net of any withdrawals, accumulated at an annual interest rate of no less than 1.00%.
  • Annuity contracts issued by Mountain Life Insurance Company are non-participating and do not pay dividends.
  • Mountain Life Insurance Company may defer payment of a surrender for up to six months from the date of request, as permitted by law.
  • You have 30 days after delivery to review the contract; if returned within that period, any premium paid will be refunded, less any benefits paid.
  • Mountain Life Insurance Company pays a commission to the agent, broker, or firm selling the annuity.

Mountain Life Insurance Company is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we receive (“Information”) about you. By choosing to do business with us, you have placed your trust in us and we take this responsibility very seriously. This notice states our privacy practices. We pledge to always make your privacy our priority.

Why We Collect and How We Use Information

When you apply to Mountain Life Insurance Company for any product or service, you disclose to us a certain amount of Information about yourself. We collect only Information necessary or relevant to our business. We use the Information to evaluate, process and service your request for products or services which we provide.

Types of Information We Collect

We collect most Information directly from you on applications or from other communications with you during the application process, such as name, address, age, social security number, name of beneficiary, other insurance coverage, and other Information relating to your health, finances, occupation, general reputation, avocations, and other personal characteristics. We also collect Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as the type of product you buy, your premium amount and your payment history. Additional Information is received from medical personnel, medical institutions, the MIB Inc., other insurers, agents, employers, public records and consumer reporting agencies.

How We Disclose Your Information

Your Information as described above may be disclosed as permitted by law with our affiliates and with nonaffiliated third parties in order to evaluate, process and service your request for our products or services, to generally administer our business, to prevent fraud, for audit or research purposes or to offer you products or services that may be of interest to you. Examples of nonaffiliated third parties with whom we may share your Information include:

  • Regulatory authorities;
  • Businesses that provide administration, security, marketing or other services for us;
  • Financial services companies with whom we have joint marketing agreements;
  • Mountain Life independent agents; and
  • Reinsurance companies.

Except for the above disclosures or as authorized by you with respect to your Information, Mountain Life does not share Information about our customers or former customers with nonaffiliated third parties. Further, when Information is disclosed to any nonaffiliated third parties, we require that they agree to our privacy standards.

Access to and Correction of Your Information

You have the right to access and correct your Information that we have on file. Generally, upon your written request, we will make your Information available for your review. Information collected in connection with or in anticipation of a claim or a legal proceeding need not be disclosed to you. If you notify us that your Information should be corrected, amended or deleted, we will review it. We will either make the requested change or explain our refusal to do so. If we do not make the requested change, you may submit a short written statement of dispute, which we will include in any future disclosure of Information. For a more detailed explanation of these rights for access to and correction of your Information, please send us a written request.

How We Protect Your Information

Mountain Life has developed strong security measures to guard the Information of our customers. We restrict access to your Information to designated personnel or service providers who administer or offer our products or services, or who may be responsible for maintaining Information security practices. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws to protect your Information.

Rate Disclosures

  • Current rates are effective as of the date shown and are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates shown are for new business only and are not guaranteed for renewals.
  • The guaranteed interest rate applies for the initial guarantee period only.
  • After the initial guarantee period, rates may be adjusted by Mountain Life Insurance Company.
  • Renewal rates may be higher or lower than the initial rate but will never be less than the contract’s guaranteed minimum interest rate.
  • Past credited rates are not indicative of future credited rates.

Tax Disclosures

  • Mountain Life Insurance Company and its agents do not provide tax or legal advice.
  • Under current tax law, annuity principal and earnings are not subject to income taxes until funds are withdrawn or distributed.
  • Withdrawals or distributions taken before age 59½ may be subject to a 10% IRS early-withdrawal penalty.
  • There are no additional tax advantages to purchasing an annuity as part of a qualified plan other than those provided by the qualified plan itself.
  • Mountain Life Insurance Company may deduct from contract values any premium taxes or other taxes required by law to be paid to any governmental entity relating to the contract.
  • The tax-deferred nature of annuities and their advantages will vary depending on individual circumstances.
  • Consult a qualified tax advisor before making any financial decisions.

Terms of Use

1. Introduction, Acceptance, and Scope

Welcome to the online services of Mountain Life Insurance Company (“Mountain Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the following Mountain Life online services (collectively, the “Services”):

  • Public Website: the public website located at www.mountainlife.com (the “Public Website”);
  • Agent Portal: the authenticated portal for appointed agents, brokers, and producers located at portal.mountainlife.com (the “Agent Portal”); and
  • Policyholder Portal: the authenticated portal for policyholders and applicants located at my.mountainlife.com (the “Policyholder Portal”).

Please be sure to read these Terms carefully before accessing or making use of the Services. Please be advised that by accessing and making use of the Services, you are acknowledging your understanding of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are subject to change and revision at any time, without notice, and at Mountain Life’s sole discretion. Thus, please be sure to visit this page before accessing the Services. We may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programs described on the Services at any time without notice. Your continued access or use of the Services shall be deemed your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use or access the Services.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, and any service or material we provide on the Services, in our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of one of the Services to users.

How these Terms are organized: Section 2 applies to all users of all Services. Section 3 applies only to the Public Website. Section 4 applies only to the Agent Portal. Section 5 applies only to the Policyholder Portal. Section 6 contains general legal provisions applicable to all Services. If a provision in Section 3, 4, or 5 conflicts with a provision of general application, the more specific provision controls for that Service.

2. Terms Applicable to All Users

2.1 Eligibility; United States Use Only

The Services are intended for use by residents of the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence) to use the Services or to submit information through the Services. If you are not at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence), you are not permitted to access or use the Services. Mountain Life products are offered only in states where Mountain Life is licensed and its products are authorized. Accordingly, the Services are not available in all states.

2.2 Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information through the Services is described in the Mountain Life Privacy Notice, available on the Public Website. Please review it carefully.

2.3 Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services — including all logos, trademarks (including the Mountain Life icon), text, graphics, credit forms, and underwriting materials — is the property of Mountain Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Mountain Life or its affiliates. Nothing contained on the Services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Services without the written permission of Mountain Life or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on the Services. Your use of the trademarks displayed on the Services, or any other content on the Services, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of the Services for any purpose without Mountain Life’s written permission in their sole discretion. If permission is granted you must retain all trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary notices. Any unauthorized use of images may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity laws, or the other laws. All information contained within the Services is copyrighted and all rights are reserved.

2.4 User Submissions

Certain features of the Services (such as contact or quote-request forms) may allow you to submit information to Mountain Life. It is a condition of your use of the Services that all the information you provide on the Services is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to the Services or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Services, is governed by our Privacy Notice, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Notice.

If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Services or portions of them using your user name, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@mountainlife.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

You shall not submit personal information about any other person without that person’s authorization (or, for Authorized Users of the Agent Portal, except as permitted under Section 4). By submitting content other than personal information — such as suggestions, ideas, or feedback — you grant Mountain Life a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for any lawful business purpose without obligation to you. Personal information submitted through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

2.5 Prohibited Activities

Except as otherwise expressly permitted by Mountain Life, the Services, including any materials, content, information or data therein or portion thereof, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of the Services for any purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without Mountain Life’s written permission. You may not post on or transmit through the Services any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate applicable laws. Mountain Life neither warrants nor represents that your use of the Services will not infringe the rights of third parties.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Mountain Life, a Mountain Life employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Mountain Life or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Services.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
  • Submitting, transmitting or exposing the Services, including any materials, content, information or data therein or portion thereof, to any artificial intelligence, machine learning or large language model software or service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which any of the Services is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.
  • Attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

The permission to use the Services automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Notice. Further, Mountain Life reserves the right to prevent you from accessing the Services or the content for any or no reason, including, without limitation, your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Notice.

2.6 Monitoring of the Services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mountain Life may, but is not obligated to, monitor, log, and audit access to and activity on the Services — including the Agent Portal and the Policyholder Portal — for security, compliance, and operational purposes. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring. Mountain Life may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may suspend access during any investigation.

2.7 Changes to These Terms

Mountain Life may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For authenticated Services, we may additionally require you to affirmatively accept updated Terms at login.

3. Additional Terms Applicable to All Users

3.1 Informational Purposes Only

None of the information contained in the Services should be viewed as an offer to any prospective producer, agent or insured to sell or as a solicitation to purchase any of our products or services. Rather, the information on our products and services is provided to you so that you can learn what products and services Mountain Life generally offers. The Services contain information about coverage and insurance products and provides a mechanism to purchase insurance policies. Coverage and product statements displayed on the Services are for general description purposes only. The Services do not amend, modify or supplement the policies in any way whatsoever. The information and descriptions contained herein are not intended to be complete descriptions of all terms, conditions and exclusions applicable to the products and services, but are provided solely for general informational purposes, nor are they intended to be relied upon by potential insureds or third-parties. Mountain Life cannot guarantee that every product or service mentioned on the Services will be available for purchase at any given time or that you will qualify to purchase such a policy. Further, Mountain Life reserves the right to cease providing certain products and services without modifying any information on the Services. Coverages may not be available in all states and may be available only through appropriately licensed brokers.

3.2 No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Public Website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. You should consult a licensed professional regarding your individual circumstances.

3.3 Third-Party Links

SOLELY FOR YOUR INFORMATION, THE SERVICES MAY CONTAIN LINKS TO OR FROM SITES WHICH ARE NOT MAINTAINED OR CONTROLLED BY MOUNTAIN LIFE. We provide you links to other sites as a free service. Because those other sites are not under our control, we cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of those sites, or that those sites are free from viruses, worms, trojan horses, malicious codes and other items of a destructive nature. THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINK TO OR FROM SUCH SERVICES DOES NOT IMPLY APPROVAL OF OR ENDORSEMENT BY MOUNTAIN LIFE OF THE WEBSITES OR THE CONTENT THEREOF. 4. Additional Terms — Agent Portal

This Section 4 applies to your access to and use of the Agent Portal.

4.1 Authorized Users

Access to the Agent Portal is restricted to independent agents, brokers, and producers who hold a valid, active appointment with Mountain Life (“Authorized Users” or “You”).

To the extent that Authorized Users are utilizing the Services on behalf of and/or in connection with the representation of any insured, or potential insured, you represent and warrant that:

A. You have been granted the authority by any necessary party to provide the information supplied by you to Mountain Life through the Services;

B. You agree, on behalf of any party you represent, to the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Services; and

C. Any information you provide to Mountain Life is true and correct to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.

In addition to the requirements of these Terms of all users and listed above in this section, the Authorized Users are obligated to do the following:

Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Entra ID/SSO credentials.

No Account Sharing: You shall not share your username or password with anyone, including staff. Each individual requiring access must obtain their own authorized login from Mountain Life.

4.2 Data Confidentiality and Protection

In your capacity as an Authorized User, you will have access to “Information” (Non-public Personal Information) as defined in our Privacy Notice, and you have the following obligations and rights:

Permitted Purpose: You may access Information solely for the purpose of evaluating, processing, and servicing Mountain Life products for your clients.

Safeguards: You agree to implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Information from unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure.

Reporting Breaches: You must immediately notify Mountain Life at contact@mountainlife.com of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access to Information or the Agent Portal through your account.

4.3 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided via the Agent Portal (including credit forms and underwriting materials) solely for the sale and servicing of Mountain Life policies to your clients.

4.4 Termination of Agent Portal Access

In addition to the other reasons listed above for which access to the Services may be terminated, Mountain Life also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Agent Portal at any time, without notice, if:

  • your Agency Appointment is terminated;
  • you fail to maintain required state licensing; or
  • you violate any provision of these Terms or your agency or producer agreement.

5. Additional Terms — Policyholder Portal

This Section 5 applies to your access to and use of the Policyholder Portal.

5.1 Eligibility and Accounts

The Policyholder Portal is available to individuals who own, are insured under, or have applied for a Mountain Life insurance policy and who have registered for an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and agree to notify Mountain Life immediately at contact@mountainlife.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5.2 Policy Information; Policy Contract Controls

The Policyholder Portal allows you to view information about your existing policies and the status of pending applications. This information is provided for your convenience and is a summary only. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed in the Policyholder Portal and the terms of your issued policy contract (or Mountain Life’s official records), the policy contract and official records control. Application status displayed in the Policyholder Portal is informational, may not reflect the most recent activity, and does not constitute an offer, approval, or binder of coverage.

5.3 Not a Substitute for Required Notices

Unless you have expressly consented to electronic delivery, the availability of a document in the Policyholder Portal does not replace notices, disclosures, or policy documents that Mountain Life is required to deliver to you by other means.

This disclosure describes your rights under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign Act”) and state versions of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, e.g., Tenn. Ins. Code §47-10-101, and applies to all communications between a user and the member and Mountain Life that are not otherwise governed by the terms and conditions of an electronic disclosure and consent. Please read this disclosure and authorization carefully and download, save and/or print a copy for your files.

As set out at the beginning of these Terms, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mountain Life, and the words "you" and "your" mean any user of the website. "Communication" means disclosures, notices, responses to claims, transaction history, privacy policies and all other information related to the product or service, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing.

  1. Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form. When you use a product or service to which this disclosure applies, you agree that we may provide you with any communications in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to:
    • All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with the product or service available through this website for your policy, inquiry or other request.
    • Notices or disclosures about a change in the terms of your Account or associated payment feature and responses to claims
    • Privacy policies and notices
  2. Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form. All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail, or (2) via the Services. The policyholder or user electing to allow for notices and communications to be sent to the electronic mail address provided by the policyholder or user should be aware that Mountain Life rightfully considers this election to be consent by the policyholder that all notices may be sent electronically, including notice of nonrenewal and notice of cancellation. Therefore the policyholder or user be diligent in updating the electronic mail address provided to Mountain Life in the event that the address should change.
  3. How to Withdraw Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form by contacting us at contact@mountainlife.com. At our option, we may treat your provision of an invalid email address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
  4. How to Update Your Records. It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to this Disclosure and your Account(s), and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update information (such as your e-mail address) at contact@mountainlife.com, or by contacting us at contact@mountainlife.com.
  5. Hardware and Software Requirements. In order to access, view, and retain electronic Communications that we make available to you, you must have:
    • an Internet browser that supports [128 bit] encryption;
    • sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer's hard drive or other data storage unit;
    • an e-mail account with an Internet service provider and e-mail software in order to participate in our electronic communications programs;

  7. Communications in Writing. All communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered "in writing."

You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic communications is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.

5.4 Termination of Policyholder Portal Access

Mountain Life may suspend or terminate your access to the Policyholder Portal if you violate these Terms or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the security of the Services or your information. Termination of Policyholder Portal access does not affect your rights under any issued policy contract.

6. General Legal Provisions

6.1 Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; No Warranty or Representation

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES (OR ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO OR FROM THIS SITE) AND ITS CONTENTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE MATERIALS ON THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

6.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. These Terms govern use of the Services only; each issued insurance policy contract remains governed by the law specified in, or applicable to, that contract.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute as to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, or any dispute arising out of this website, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in the applicable state courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, or the Federal Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and will comply with all requirements necessary to give such court jurisdiction; and all matters arising hereunder shall be determined in accordance with the law and practice of such court. Any disputes relating to policies issued by Mountain Life shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions of such policies.

6.5 Survival

Termination of your access to any Service does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 2.3 (Intellectual Property), 4.2 (Data Confidentiality and Protection), 6.1 (Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability), and 6.2 (Indemnification), which survive. For Authorized Users of the Agent Portal, the confidentiality and safeguard obligations in Section 4.2 continue to apply to any Information in your possession or control after your access ends.

6.6 Trademarks and Copyrights

All trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Mountain Life or its affiliates. Nothing contained on or in the Services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on or in the Services without the written permission of Mountain Life or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on or in the Services. 6.7 Miscellaneous

Severability: Should any of these Terms be held invalid, that invalid provision shall be construed to be consistent with the applicable law, and in a manner so as to remain consistent with the original intent of Mountain Life. Provisions not otherwise held invalid shall remain in force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mountain Life regarding use of the Services. These Terms do not modify any agency or appointment agreement or any insurance policy contract, each of which is governed by its own terms.

Ownership of Information. Any information, other than personal data or information, you transmit to Mountain Life via this web site, by electronic mail or otherwise, including data, questions, comments, or suggestions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the property of Mountain Life. Such information, other than personal data, may be used for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, solicitations, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Mountain Life is free to use any ideas, concepts, ‘know-how’, or techniques contained in any communication you send to Mountain Life via this web site or by any other means for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing and marketing products or services using such information.

No Waiver: Mountain Life’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your account. Mountain Life may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
